We are a family owned and operated company that produces hand built and hand finished furniture from reclaimed antique barn boards and beams. 

The wood we use ranges in age from 80 to 200 years of age.  Reclaimed wood is truly an exotic wood; it is crafted by Mother Nature and the beauty and depth can not be matched by new lumber.  We rely on the weathered patina that only comes from decades of exposure to the elements for the beauty of our finished product.  This includes wormy wood, knots, and character from the board’s previous life.  We help the beauty surface by applying a 10 step hand rubbed finishing process.

American barns are rapidly disappearing.  These beautiful structures have been the backbone of our land and are worthy of our respect.  Dismantling and recycling old barns is an environmentally friendly use of existing resources. We at Barn Wood Classics are proud to play a part in helping these wonderful old barns live on in the cherished pieces of our furniture.
